1. The Promotion Period runs from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026 (both dates inclusive and based on transaction date) (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by The Mastercard Asia Pacific Hong Kong Ltd. (“Mastercard”) in Hong Kong.
2. The Promotion is only applicable to the EV charging payment transactions of Urban Access Solutions Company Limited (using “Jove” as its trade name; the “Participating Merchant”) in Hong Kong.
3. The Promotion is only applicable to cardholders (the "Eligible Cardholders") holding valid Mastercard cards issued by the following Hong Kong issuers (the “Eligible Mastercard Cards”).

c) A newly issued Mastercard that will be announced on the Mastercard website (specials.priceless.com); and
4. The Eligible Mastercard must be valid and in good standing until at least 31 December 2026; and
5. The Eligible Cardholders using the Eligible Mastercard Cards transacting at the Participating Merchant via online payment (i) can enjoy a HK$20 rebate upon a single Net Spending of HK$50 or more (“Offer”). Each Eligible Mastercard Card is entitled to the Offer once per month, for a maximum of 6 times (e.g., a total of 6 transactions) during the whole Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, “Net Spending” means the final amount charged by Mastercard to the Eligible Mastercard Cards. The use of any bank card’s bonus points, cash or gift vouchers, other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating the Net Spending amount.
6. The Offer is subject to a total quota of 24,000 rebates for the whole Promotion Period and a Monthly quota of 4,000, on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Net Spending Amount is the last spending amount of Eligible Mastercard, and the use of any card points, cash vouchers or gift certificates, other discounts or offers will not be counted towards the Net Spending Value.
8. Mastercard will credit the rebates to the Eligible Mastercard Cards account directly within 30 calendar days after the transactions are made. The Eligible Mastercard Cards must be still valid and in good standing, otherwise the cardholders will be deemed to have forfeited the Offers.
9. Mastercard and the Participating Merchant will not be responsible for any charges imposed by card issuers arising from the credit of the rebates to the Eligible Mastercard Cards accounts.
10. The Promotion is also not applicable to other transactions, including without limitation any orders and services made by online purchase, and all other transactions without sales slips, any split transactions and any unauthorized transactions are not eligible for the Promotion. Any unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified transactions are also excluded. Any rebate given for an ineligible transaction will be cancelled or returned along with any cancelled or reversed transactions.
11. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, gift, service or discount.

13. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or promotional discount coupons.
14. Mastercard will determine the eligibility of all Offers based on transaction records held by Mastercard. In case of any disputes, Mastercard’s records shall prevail.
15. Eligible Cardholders must keep original sales slips of all posted transactions. Mastercard reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Mastercard will not be returned.
16. All products or services provided by the Participating Merchant during this Promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Participating Merchant who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
17. This promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions which may be stipulated from time to time by the Participating Merchant. Mastercard and the Participating Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Mastercard and the Participating Merchant shall be final.
18. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
